Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026.
Nurakhudonglei Private Limited (“Parables”) collects only the information needed to answer your enquiries and fulfil your orders: your name, contact details, delivery address and order details.
Cart, wishlist and currency choice are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us until you place an order.
Partner links. If you arrive through a link from one of our partners (one ending in “?ref=”), your browser remembers their name for 30 days so an order you place is credited to them. We count the visit, but nothing about you is sent to the partner.
Enquiry forms send your message to our team by email. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, except couriers and payment providers when they are needed to complete your order.
Third-party services: fonts and photos are served from this site. If you pay in the cart, Razorpay handles the payment. Videos and posts from our YouTube, Instagram and Facebook pages load from those services, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Each is covered by its own privacy policy.
